Back to Back Champion Mike Locksley, who was able to win a tie breaker over HCRE. It was teh second straight year that HCRE came up short vs Locksley. Coming in 3rd was Turner Gill and 4th place went to Al Golden. Please make sure to come back in 2024 to take part in Who will be SUs HC next year? III, the Final Conflict.
