I wouldn't say that PSU is next to a prison, it's 6 or seven miles away and I would venture that almost none of the students even know that it's there.
They've gotten rid of the troughs in most of the bathrooms, I was actually under the impression that they had replaced all of them but I guess not.
I agree with you about the stadium not looking like it holds 110k, but thats largely because the seats are smaller than most venues.
